Policies

1) Automatic payment monthly on either a Mastercard or Visa. If a student is taking a break, Artworks must be informed prior the first class of the month. The payments are deducted on the 7th of each month, giving sufficient time for notice. If the credit card is charged on the 7th and Artworks has not recieved word that the student will not be attending, no refunds will be made. In the case of an emegency please let the instructor know.

2)Purchase three or more months in advance with a 10% discount. These months do not need to be used consecutively; however advance notice must be made if a student will not be attending a particular month.

3)Check or cash, however choosing this option, you forfeit using the make up policy. A late fee of $10 will also be applied if payment is not recieved by the 10th of the month.

Only applies to Visa card payment and three or more months paid in full.
If your child must miss a class, they may make it up before(within that week) or after.
You must call to inform Artworks prior to missing the class.
As long as you are enrolled you may use that class at any time. You do not lose the make up class. The class does not count towards the next months tuition.
